Only the serious ones (a blocked lane, a bloqueo, a whole colonia without power or water), with buttons to say if it’s still happening. Want only some? Write “power alerts”, “water alerts” or “road alerts”. Stop any time.
Reported by neighbours, not official. Each alert comes off when it’s over, or when nobody has confirmed it for a while (90 minutes for the road, 6 hours for power, 12 for water). In an emergency call 911.
