Be Biker CDMX

★★★★★

Well, where to start. First I just want to say that Carlos provided the best service I have ever received in any industry in 33 years. His communication is excellent, pricing is fantastic and a very easy process throughout. The bike was given a full service before I took it and worked perfectly for the two weeks that I had it. I took this bike on a huge trip around Mexico and had a fantastic time, it really is the best way to experience the country. Carlos checked in pretty much everyday to see how I was getting on and was genuinely delighted I was having a great time. On my final day returning to Mexico City I took a fall and damaged the bike. I called Carlos and the only thing he cared about was that I was okay. He then rented a van from his friend and drove over 2hrs to come and pick me and the bike up. We had a great time driving back together and I think this shows his character more than anything. He is a warm hearted professional doing business the right way in Mexico and I’m happy to now call him a friend. I genuinely could not recommend Be Biker CDMX enough if you are planning to rent a bike for any length of time. You will receive a great bike and be in great hands throughout your time. Thank you Carlos. See you again brother.

Rented a 250c cafe racer for a week in Mexico City and they provided great service. Very attentive and responsive via WhatsApp. Provided helmets, a lock for the bike and explained the parking situation in CDMX thoroughly. Very accomodating to my needs as we changed dates and required additional assistance with returning the bike. Also provided honest service and for a price you wont find anywhere else in the city. Trusted business would highly recommend!!
